WHAT IS PHASEOUT ?
PhaseOut is a stand-alone application that changes the facing of Internet Explorer, adding unique new functionalities to your web browser.
To define the facing (or graphic interface) of the browser people use the word "skin".
One of the major properties of PhaseOut is to change skins on the fly, downloading other skins from our site or choosing from those already installed in your system.
You can do your skin, but to be used it has to be published on our site.
