INSTRUCTIONS AND SUPPORT
To create a PhaseOut skin you need the basic knowledge of Macromedia Flash™ from release 5 up.

Send us a request, we will give you a set of basic flash files and all necessary support to realize a skin. Only fully functional skins will be published on this site.

What is free and what is not:

FLASH DESIGNERS • free skin design
For designers, who want to make skins for fun or for self promotion, we allow the presence in the skins of their logo (or company logo) and links to their business activity, only if the primary business promoted in the skin is related to web or graphic design. Skins following the previous requirements will be published for free.

SKIN DESIGN FOR BUSINESS
If you want to make a skin for business purposes (if different from promoting your own design activity, as told above), please go to 4business section.
